CANCELLATION POLICY
BELOW applies to direct bookng only, if booked on Airbnb please see the cancellation policy listed there.
If you cancel with more than 30 days to the arrival date, we will refund 100% of the booking cost
If you cancel with more than 2 weeks notice, we will refund 60% of the deposit paid (being half of the cost of stay). This means we keep 20% of the booking cost
If you cancel with more than 7 days to the arrival date, we will refund the cleaning fee
Less than 7 days notice unfortunately we are not able to process a refund of any amount.
PET POLICY
One pet welcome, additional cleaning charge applies, please add this to your booking.
If more than one pet, please message us first.
Please bring your own blanket if your pet sleeps on the sofa.
Please kindly keep them off the beds.
