Due to our parent company being a boutique property development company, the approach we take in design and renovation differs from a typical interior studio in that we aim to optimise the market value created for a property post-renovation.
We utilise the budget efficiently to make the biggest impact without going overboard, and would often use a mixture of more expensive fixtures and fittings paired with more standard ones.
All our current holiday let properties have been designed, renovated and furnished by us.

Not just another holiday let manager.
We take a lot of pride in the holiday let properties that we bring to market. Our brand image is very important to us as a design-led brand, and we invest in PR to create bespoke and strategic marketing plans, covering social media marketing, SEO, working with like-minded influencers and the more traditional magazine and press.
Of course, having a beautiful space is only part of the answer in giving our guests a memorable experience. We carefully manage the operation side to ensure a high cleaning standard and a comfortable stay for our guests.
